This number belongs to PORTFOLIO RECOVERY. This is one of hundreds used. I checked, this is an active number on Sept. 27, 2019. The robo caller leaves no message. But, when dialed, an answering machine identified the company. A couple other numbers used in a three day span: 205-778-1565 205-725-5724 620-615-7749
