Robot call claiming something with my social is wrong. Partial message left that did not identify the company calling

A call came from this number about social security fraud and legal proceedings. The voice was automated.

Clearly a scam, the person texted me offering a hook-up in exchange for a $25 Xbox card. She (or he) attached pictures of a dream goddess like young woman. But the focus is that I should buy the card and then report the number before we meet up. So that was an easy one, but then I got a phone call from this number, but when I answered, they hang up. So I called back, and at the other side of the line is a GUY, clearly not in command of English. Then that phone call was followed by an additional 10 phone calls. I answered a couple and there was this guy trying to answer the phone. This is a foreign scam, totally unaware of life in the Bay area.

Message was something like, “Immediate attention is required, contact our division at 4108744924, ignoring this call will result in legal action “.

Caller ID said Sinai Hospital and it was a call from a telemarketer - electric company

ROBO call, computer generated, Talking about social security and Legal Proceedings. SCAM asks you to call back a phone number. If you are in Legal trouble a summons will come to your house, not a computer calling you trying to scare you.

Called me about alleged criminal activity, but the voice was a text to speech bot. Spam or potential scam.
