I received a call from this number 559-635-4103 on 7/22/2020, I answered but the call dropped (2 secs). I called back a few minutes later and it was fax signal noises, I just hung up (7 secs). It was probably a scammer.

this crazy asshole has been calling me not stop and they are from clovis, ca. I have no idea who they are and they are just calling and recording me. they are not telling me who they are, but I can literally here myself echo, which duh means that I am being recorded. this person is playing games. this is person texted me out of no where. lady, I don't know you and now you have been blocked. people please be careful. there is someone in the clovis and Porterville area that is scamming people by recording them and then threatening them to sue them. you cannot legally record anyone. this person is a moron. I have been called 80 times today by the other person in Porterville. they are a group of people that are working together. I have already gone to the police. please spread the word so you don't get conned. this is pathetic. block and do not get involved.
