When I called back after the threatening message they left for me, they identified themselves as Atlanta Recovery. They indicated I had s payday loan and I worked and lived at these bogus addresses. Someone (Chase) had filed a complaint against me for depositing a check. ALL BOGUS!!!!

Ironically, I received one of these cards stating that their records indicated my auto warranty is expiring and I need to contact them asap. I work at the Secretary's office, Dept. of Transportation for our state and we oversee the DMV here. I don't own a car at this time due to medical issues. We work closely with the Governor's office and the AG's office for the State as well. I left a message for these folks giving the Record ID that was on the card as verification and informing them that they should be expecting a call from the AG's office due to the scam they're initiating. I'm passing pictures of the card (front and back) to the AG's office Monday morning. I gave my name as well so they're free to google me as my info is online for verification.

same thing so I pressed 1 said I had unpaid mcard account from 15 years ago. they have my ss# my previous addresses but I've never had a mcard searched thru all of my experian and transunion accts and NEVER had a MC and all of my credit cards are zero
A recorded message from a Jeffery Colbert stating they were unable to deliver a package related to a legal case against me. Funny. I have no legal issues and I've been home all this time. Total scammers.
