I don’t usually answer numbers that I don’t know, however I did answer this one because it repeatedly left messages from the IRS about my Social Security number being used as a fraud case. So at the end of the call it says call back as soon as possible. hey would hang up the phone. when I called back, it was in a different language and sowed up as a different number.

This number is some kind of scam. Didn't answer but they left message saying social security number is blocked. Checked with SSA. No such condition.
