She introduced herself in a very thick East Indian accent as a representative of a collection agency. She then proceeded to tell me about an outstanding AllState Insurance account, House, and Car. I told her that I had not carried AllState on my home or vehicle for over ten years. I asked what my policy number was that she was referring to and I got some "made up" number . . . aggravation ensued and I hung up on her.

1905480-0549 called me saying they are from Rogers and said someone had obtained a new sim card using my Drivers licence and passport. I told them didn't. They said they will report it as fraud and they should call Equifax and Transunion. I called Rogers and the said there is not report on my file. I put a fraud alert on my files.
This is a Rogers customer service line. It only sends calls, no one will pickup if you call back.
