This number called me saying that is from the US Federal Funds and I received a grant arguing that my phone number was elected random from their a data base they have from good tax payers .. I'm not a US Citizen, not a resident and I've never filled an income tax return or my family, I'm in the process of becoming a resident, but I'm not..
They have my basic info as name, phone number, address buy then they'll start to ask more info.. I don't really know what else do they ask because i hang up... They also called me from another number... 202 887 4428( Washington, DC) and today's call was from 212 258 7484 (New York, NY)
