They left a voice message for son (that is grown and doesn't live with me) saying they would be serving a summons at his place of employment and to have identification such as his drivers license available. They gave me a reference number so I called back. They did not identify themselves upon answering. I asked who they were and they said a law firm (can't remember name) I gave them the reference number and we determined they were trying to get a hold of my ex husband (same name as my son) because he's being sued for an old bank account.
