I, too, just received a call .... SCAM.
CRA doesn't call to let you know that you will be arrested. They take several steps - lots of letters, collection agency, etc.

I got a call from this number saying that i need to contact a certain department in CRA, else i would be arrested. They are doing all this nonsense to waste other people's time. It seems they have a lot of spare time.
