Person called me saying the United States Financial Aid department has selected my number to send me money. He repeatedly told me it's not a loan and I don't have to go back to school, it would just be a tax free check. He asked what I would be interested in going back to school for, and said that business and health care would get me the most money. I told him I'm interested in business, but not health care. He said it doesn't matter, because I don't have to go back to school to get the money. I asked him if there was other options, because I am interested in going back to school and he said "no". I when I told him this is strange he said "F**k you, F**k you!" and hung up. I could not call back.
