This is an IRS scam. Don't fall for it!!!! I am an accountant and am well versed in Scams so you can trust what I say about this. IF the IRS has filed suit against you, you will receive a notice in the mail. As a last resort, they will show up on your doorstep with armed guards. And they will NEVER call you via a computer. You will talk to a real person.
