I received a letter claiming they were the IRS and that I was the subject of an IRS examination due $50,000 tax liability. They wanted me to call this number to resolve this issue. This is obviously a scam.

I was sent a letter stating that Federal Tax Authorities would Seize my property. I don’t own property. The letter was very vague and when I called and spoke to the representative he did not answer the call stating his company or name and then he hung up on me. Scam!

Got a letter in the mail “Distraint Warrant” from these scammers. If the IRS wants their money they send you direct mail from the IRS.
