Got call from unknown number. They left this number and a case number saying i must call in, they would be contacting my job and supervisor. Once case is out of their office there was nothing i could do etc. They were trying to get personal information

I have been getting these calls twice in a row now, I got a private call from some woman name McKayla calling my mom and best friend on the 1st day. Telling them my case number and she told them that she will file legal action against me in Harris County. I looked up the case number on my local county website and the case number doesn't exist. I am not going 2 fall 4 this scam.
