Left this number on a voicemail from a private number, stating my whole government name and some vague threat with no company info given. Total scam so don't fall for it and give out any of your info.

Just got a call from them threatening me and giving a case number for me to use told me if I did not respond it would result in legal actions.

SCAM! Called my mom first. I returned the call and Spoke with Franchesca Ortiz. I pretended like I did not know it was a scam. She said I owed M&T Bank from 2009 $297.00. Would settle today. She wanted payment over the phone first and then she would "Expedite my file to the top of the cases" and once I paid she would email me the settlement documents. She had my correct last 4 of my social. Please do not make any payments to these people.
