They pretend to be Apple Services and use pop up ads to indicate you have a 'virus' when this is not even possible for how can they verify your IP address. Don't be fooled and don't give any personal information, if you have I would recommend contacting the police to help. Otherwise this is just a scam so don't even pick up because they make money off long distance charges as well.
