Scam caller. Calls several times over the last month, left voicemail once about a limited offer on decreasing my student loans. Mine are owned by the government and already consolidated. Blocking number.

This number has contacted me several times, once for my "car warranty", another time for a supposed "loan" that I supposedly inquired about, and recently they have called me from that number to ask me about my student loan. I have no idea how they get this information from me but this is scary and I felt I needed to report this.
