Called my daughter yesterday about debt collection. We called back this morning, asked them to explain the debt in question, they didn't even have her name on file, just asked for a phone number. We told them to transfer us to Kathy Johnson (name on the voicemail recording) and we were transferred to a disconnect. Unsure if complete scam, but seems very fishy! A legit debt collection agency should have detailed records they can provide as documentation.
