Gentlemen stated he was from Publishers Clearing House and that I had won $2.5 Million, $1500 per week for life, and a new 2019 Mercedes Benz C Class. Stated they needed to fill out a govt. P1 form to claim my prizes. Started asking usual questins like name,, etc. ; didn't give him any real information as and I played along, acting slow and hesitant until he finally was frustrated enough to reveal that they were going to need me to send money to "register" my prize claim with the IRS under the "gambling act" That's was about 10 minutes into the call, that is when I told him "ding, ding, ding" he had won the scammer prize of the day, thanked him for playing and hung up. The only reason I picked up the call was I answered it on a old phone in my garage that doesn't have caller ID. When I checked it layer on another phone it was clearly listed as "Potential Spam" by Frontier's system.
