Refused to name what company they were from. Said they were “arbitration” and that a civil case has been filed against me and that there would be no court case. Yeah, okay. Proceeded to literally yell at me and say that “my attitude” (I was professional and calm) would cost me an “additional $3000 in court fees”. Total scam.
