Yes, this is the number of a fake billing & promotion phone number - scammers ask you to buy a amazon gift card & call this number to pay for your first couple months of service under this “new” billing structure (which is ridiculously cheap so can be tempting!)
Directv confirmed to me this is a scam under investigation, and the number is not affiliated with directv, att or amazon in any way. If fact they have a promotions department and it has a completely different number - easily verified
