After I picked up and said "hello" several times, no one answered for about 5-7 seconds, then a woman with an Asian accent said she was calling regarding our AT&T uVerse business account. When I asked for verifying information from her, it was limited, and when I queried her further, she said she was from a 3rd party, NOT AT&T. I hung up.
