Both strong middle eastern accents and NO I AM NOT PREJUDICE BUT I AM ANNOYED!
Asked second supervisor for address, he told me to wait a minute to tell him my purpose.
I told him no to wait I was tired of this foreigners and others trying to scam people and mess with our computers and quit being an asshole.

Pop-up claimed my computer was/is hacked. I was told to call the number 8885582612 to unlock. How long does the lock up last? I was able to do a security scan left the lap top running. when I came back in an hour the scan was complete, no virus noted, an my computer wasn't locked up. Did the scan get rid of it or did the restart eliminated the pop-up? OR is the pop-up/lock up still there? I don't think so as I have surfed various sites plus the site where the pop=up occurred.

Well my husband fell for this! Internet locked up on laptop! He called the number AND allowed them access to computer. Can someone tell me what damage is done and what I should do with the laptop? Thanks!
