Called claiming to be Cox communications, but their signal was so bad I just hung up also. Appeared to be a scam call, which is concerning given they knew my name.

Called claiming to be Cox communications. Had a bad stutter, asked for my father's name (doesn't add up). I asked again who they were trying to reach and they said "hold on a moment" several times and I just hung up. Definitely spam.
