This number calls me ( I believe it's a robo type call.. I just recently Put Robo call on my sell and it tells me the type of call and blocks it.. All my contacts on my cell it does not affect them by me calling or they call me. (231)216-1246. I report all this type of call to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION!

I received a call from this number at 3:35pm. I answered because I'm waiting on a call back from someone, but when I said hello I heard absolutely nothing. No voice, no beeps, no click like I'd been hung up on. The call lasted about 10 seconds and the other end hung up on me without saying a word.
