Received two phone calls from this number. The first was a computer speaking English saying that the call was about delinquent tax payments and that I should not ignore the call as it was a second attempt at collections. The second call was a computer speaking Mandarin and, most likely, saying the same thing as the first message, but I don't speak Mandarin.
