"David" called, said hes from Motor Vehicles Services of America, trying to sell me a warranty on a car I do not own. Once I've told him I've told his company many times to stop calling me, he started arguing telling me that many companies have my information and they are the ones calling me. He then started yelling at me telling me to listen to him and that I need to give him my new car information so he can update his records but that I need an extended warranty on my new car.
I told him this call is a federal offense because he is calling my cell phone and costing me money to take this phone call he is soliciting, which it is. He then started on and on about how its not against the law... I hung up. It is against the law - period.
