I got a text from this number, and it claimed to be Telus, with all the voice message and options etc, and the person just asked basic information about my name, address, when I refused to give they wouldn't even tell what service was for the overdue amount. They even transferred me to another client manager, asked the same information. if they sent me a text message, they would know those information, correct?

5872069474 claimed to be Telus and asked me to pay a bill of a random person the harassed me with calls and texts I replied saying to stop and they will not they are also asking for bank info so don't fall for this number
