"Victor Lopez" said he is from TECO & that our restaurant will have power shut down in 1/2 hr due to lack of payment of bill. When I told him this sounds like a scam & asked for his number so I could call him back, he said, "302 - go f yourself!" (btw, Victor, we don't use TECO!)
