Scam. Looked like a relative called me with the same last name. Local phone number used. Answered and got an automated call telling me that I need to answer to them for a credit card bill, and that is when I hung up. I have just had a bankruptcy discharged and don't owe anyone. I didn't even have a credit card and haven't had one in over 12 years. Can't opt out or tell them you are on the Do Not Call Registry when it is automated. If these numbers come up, just don't answer.
