Received a call in early morning hours, did not recognize other than Minnesota area code. Called back and was promptly hung up on. Potentially is linked to an open case for domestic abuse, in which the female aggressor has been trying to entrap the male victim via calling from unknown source numbers hoping to evoke a call back thereby breaching order for protection.
