called about coming to home to assess storm damage. we don't have storm damage, wasn't enough of a response...he asked how old my roof is, I told him it was just installed; he asked when and I told him it doesn't matter as an attempt to end call. He was very upset and said that it did matter. I informed him to hang up as he is not allowed on my property to assess for storm damage which doesn't exist here.
