I questioned about who they got the information from and he repeated it was from a pain assessment. I asked who provided that information to this number. The individual provided the same answer, told me to have a nice day. For those of you who don't know hospitals and clinics shouldn't be providing information like this to outside sources and it is a violation of HIPPA.
