Bizarre call from 786-823-0381 who asked for $$ for services and if I did not send the money tothe Dominican Republic to Jose Elias Aracena out of Santiago DR 809-776-7790 he will do me harm. Aracena sent videos of people being tortured and seems to have obtained people whom he thought were my relatives and threatened to do me harm or these other people.
