Got a call from this number. Didn't answer and they left a voicemail. A female robot voice said my ssn was gonna be blocked permanently if they didn't hear back from me. The message then said to press 1 to talk to an officer. I called their number back but it just kept ringing. 2 days later they called again. Same as last time i couldn't answer on time. Instead they left the same message. Is this most lilely a scam?
