Second time in a row that I received a phone call from this number. My husband has also received the same phone call. The original number comes up as restricted, but this number has been left on my phone when they leave a message. Says it's from an Ava from the county I live in trying to reach a Charlie Bell regarding a legal matter, and since I've ignored them getting a hold of me repeatedly (um, this is only the second time) that they will come to my house in search of this guy because he's associated with my address. I don't know anyone named Charlie Bell, and why would they call from a restricted number to begin with?
