12 noon-ish Fri 12-29-17 Saw the prefix of the phone number calling in and instinctively knew it was a scammer.... I answered 'is this a marketing call?' & I hung up. Immediately located the number on my computer and read all I need to know -- my instincts were correct. Of course, I've blocked the caller. And will report to the police immediately. One more call will be considered harassment and I will track this number down and tack action. Kathy

Called identified themselves with Suddenlink (communications company). Heard many people speaking in background. Man began with "Hi I'm with Suddenlink." I told him I wasn't interested, "Interested in what?" he asked annoyed. "Whatever plan you are wanting to sell." I replied. "Well I'm not here to sell you a plan - I'm (indiscernible) bill (mumbled)." he was very bothered by me interrupting him. I told him, "See ya." and hung up. If they were legitimate, I was rude, but I'm tired of trying to be persuaded into something I don't want. I've gotten dozens of calls from Suddenlink trying to offer me packages and rates. If it ever really is Suddenlink, they need to set up a phone system that doesn't sound like a few dozen speaking in an office and registers with Caller ID.
