Received call from this number. I did not answer but they left a voice mail ( a recording) saying my social security number is associated with fraudulent activity, and if I don’t call back they will start court proceedings against me. I am not calling back!!

Got a call from this number tried telling me that they are going to come after me through court because I have fraudulent activity against me. I told him I'm pretty sure that this is a scam. He already had my name and address. I told him I won't give up my social and then the guy lost his cool. Heavy foreign accent.
