SCAM. I tried to call Facebook and they represented as facebook/messenger tech support. Asked me to buy $100.00 Itune card. Later giving the code scratching the grey part, asked me to give the other numbers of two more $100.00 cards. He said his name is Jacob, ID 6422. Indian accent. He said that he will fix the problem after getting the numbers of ITune cards and refund the cost. Bogus Google support website.
