I called this number thinking they were Amazon. They were not. The web was etacity. or something in California. Sounded like 2 foreigners talking. They claimed my Amazon account was being used by 2 other users and my computer system was hijacked by "mebroot" trojan horse that they directed me to on Wikipedia. They said level 6 technicians could fix the problem for $300. I went back to Google to find the real Amazon contact number where I soon found none of that was true. I then called the crooks back to let them know the FBI and CIA were on to them. LOL! The site disappeared within the hour. Make sure you are calling the real Amazon contact number.
