Someone from this number 855 831 5141 called a relative and stated that if they did not get hold of me immediately and/or show up to a court date that I would be arrested. First, they called a land line, when offered a number to reach me at directly, they refused how to get a hold of me directly. Second, this amusing little call has put me in major hot water with family and we are all dealing with difficult medical situations and no time to deal with this BS. Third, people really, if this was an actual, reputable agency or our local police department, I am a registered voter, registered vehicles in my name. Fourth, I am hiding in plain sight bozos.

They got a hold of my son who don't live with me...they said I have a bill from the childrens hospital in Tacoma WA...that I need to pay $649 now or payments of $100 a month that equals up to $1259

Just received a call from Charlotte James 855-831-5141 Ref # Stated i needed to call back ASAP re: legal action today was the final attempt, if i didnt call back they would make decision on my behalf. I called back spoke with a mike Ellis told me it was from hospital debt from 2003 and was sent to collections in 2007. They would be filing for garnishment and how did i want to handle this? I told them i had to talk to my husband and would call back. the more i look into this i believe it is a scam. didnt give any personal info.

They were trying to reach someone with not the same name at my home. I called from my work phone...wanted to know the case number and the phone number attached to it. When I wouldn't give the number he said "you must be the dumbest person in the world" and hung up. Total SCAM.

They called today, I answered however it seemed the woman could not hear me and hung up. She then left a voicemail for my mother, 2 messages for my oldest child, spoke with both my sister and youngest child. Same thing, "Charlotte James calling from National Processing in regards to legal documents made to your attention, this is the second and final attempt to reach you before we proceed with legal action without you". Charlotte then provided my 'claim' number, her call back phone # (855) 831-5141 and stated, "you have been notified" then hung up. SMELLS EXACTLY LIKE A SCAM!!! I will be reporting them to the Attorney General and BBB.

These people just called and left a message for my husbands ex wife. I returned the call and gave the case number left, before asking me any questions he rambled off her DOB and last 4 of her SSN. I then spoke up and said they really needed to verify who they were speaking to before giving out peoples information. He then became rude with me saying he just verified it, I told him no he had GIVEN ME THE INFORMATION. I told him who I was in reference to whom he was looking for, he then told me I was just being nosey. There were words exchanged and I told him if my number was called again I would sue them. These people are a scam.. And the scary thing is... They already have peoples personal information. BEWARE!!!

Called saying urgent notification and immediate attention required for a complaint made against me. Giving a case number. They called from a unknown number leaving a message with case number. After much research found out this number has been reported on many sites plus they don't call with legal actions either the sheriff shows up or you get legal papers via usps mail. From my understanding this is a form of scamming people with imtindation and scare tactics. Never respond to these phone calls or answer unknown numbers.

Call came in as 'private number' and this number was left as a call back number. It was a man saying that there was an urgent matter that needed to be discussed and that if I didn't call back they would make a decision on my behalf. Gave a case number as well. Bogus trick to get people's personal information.
