These people are scammers saying they are TK Associates, acting as if they are a law firm hired to prosecute you do to a loan that you have. We do not have a loan. We asked for a validation notice of the debt. They said they could not send us this paperwork to verify the debt without having a prepaid credit card on file. Then they were condescending in asking if we knew how to use a docusign in order to receive the information. Today they called my husband and I again saying that the other had opened the document and had agreed to take care of the loan over the phone and they were calling because each spouse had referred them to the other to receive payment. This was a HUGE lie.Neither of us agreed to this, and the bigger lie, NEITHER of us received a docusign for the validation of debt. DO NOT TELL THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING. KEEP BLOCKING NUMBERS AND IF THEY TAKE YOU TO COURT FOR A REAL DEBT THEY HAVE TO PROVE IT IN COURT. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD.

Same thing here as well. They called me about a payday loan that I never took out and by the way I have never taken out any type of cheesy loan whatsoever in my life. They had bank information from an account I closed 10 years ago, date of birth, and wanted me to verify my complete SSN. They were rude and overbearing and over talked me every time I tried to speak. At the end I spoke with a “supervisor” and told him I would be contacting my attorney and hung up. After about 2 hours and fishing around the internet I found what questions I needed to ask and what paperwork to request. I called them back and after requesting said information the “supervisor” said “Look I don’t believe you owe this debt and I will have it dropped for you, you don’t need to go any further” then put me on hold and hung up. Total scam.

Jason Cole has tried to extort money from me as well called my 85 yr old mother who is confused stating I had not one but 2 loans outstanding . I hope they get a real job they think we are all stupid I have filed a icd9 report with my phone carrier because Mr Cole tried to spoof me which by the way is illegal don't return call
