This guy called claiming I owe $800 from a Bank Retail Credit Card that I don't have. My credit report has nothing owed to any banks. They told me I'm being sued in court and that they have sent paperwork for the last year, being unanswered. Not possible. The guy was volatile and labeled me as difficult on my file and then hung up on me.

SCAM collection from CHINA saying I owe money, they used fake law firm called AVERY LAW. So i called Avery law firm with the fake case # they gave me. When talk to legal secretary said there is no case number on file with them that match my name nor case number. Call three local courts no case number on file with neither courts. So I call FTC to report SCAM collection call from CHINA.

A man named Benjamin Fernandez called saying I was being served. They called my personal cell and work cell. Had my full name and full social security number. When I would not confirm he became upset and said I be getting served and hung up.
