Received a text from my mother. A man named Chris called from 559-800-8997 saying they had a delivery for me and needed me to call back to confirm I would be there for the delivery. Gave call-back number as 866-986-4576 with a reference number. I called back. Chris answered. I asked him what he was doing calling my mother in an attempt to scam me. He replied "Hey, lady, I just answer the phones here". I asked him who he worked for. He hung up on me. I called back. He then answered the call without his previous greeting and said "Here's an idea. For every time you call back, I will call your mother. How do you like that?"
I called back about 30 minutes later and a woman answered. When I asked for the name of the company she told me I was calling "NAS and Associates". I relayed the message above and she told me that she wasn't sure how come the person calling would have said it was a call to confirm delivery, "Unless the delivery was legal documents". Certain that this is a scam.

I called got the same man. He said mine was from an old debt 2003. That i had to pay or i was going to have a judgement put against me and be served.
