Got The Same Call. Was this the number 877-289-6431? Wanted me to Enter 1to call directly back to them. Said they had a judgement against me. Wanted me to verify my employment and address.

Called my work cell phone (a number which few people have) and left a message. Gave a name other than mine, the usual threats to try to scare people into giving them money, total scam. Do not be scared and definitely don't respond to them.

I picked up and the automated message said that there's a claim against me and that I need to press 1 to be put through or to call back the same number. I hung up and searched the number. Thank you for posting this!

These clown tried this same song and dance on me 2 months ago. They claimed to be working for the court system and all kinds of other crap. They are scammers.

Got the same call, Atlanta Recovery and trying to file a claim against me for a internet loan. They had some information but that is easy to get such as address...they wanted me to settle for a $400 amount and even sent me a bogus document to sign.....

When I called back after the threatening message they left for me, they identified themselves as Atlanta Recovery. They indicated I had s payday loan and I worked and lived at these bogus addresses. Someone (Chase) had filed a complaint against me for depositing a check. ALL BOGUS!!!!
