Total scam! The number showed up on my browser as an Amazon costumer service number. They have my phone, address, and email, I only realized it was a scam when they asked me to purchase a gift card from Google to "track and block hackers" I know amazon doesn't track hackers for costumers. On my way to taking legal action since they have very sensitive information.
