Called numerous times asking for our accountant so that they can issue a refund but they can't clearly explain what the refund is for. Pretends to be your merchant services carrier. Asks for credit card terminal numbers and various forms to be faxed/emailed to them. I asked to call them back and their number isn't registered to any company name. I called our real merchant services carrier and they had no records of any outgoing calls to our business and no mention of any refunds in their call notes. When you call back the number, "Crystal" immediately picks up. SCAM.
