I received a letter from Citizens One, Omaha, NE 68103 claiming that I applied for a personal loan and it was turned down. They listed this phone number to call because the loan was not approved. I have not applied for a loan from anyone. I checked the phone numbers for all departments of the bank and this one is not listed. I believe it is a scam and I do not intend to make the call I am summing they are looking for more information.
