I was on secure Brother website searching for information. A chat popped up. I gave info re: problem. Said "she" would have tech call me. Recd call immediately. Thinking it was "Brother" gave access to my computer (dumb). Told me what my problem was & he told me he see how quickly he could get me help. I asked how much it would cost (out of warranty). Said "I don't know yet. Let me see if I can get you help now." Put me on hold. Within. 10 seconds, I closed the screen share & the computer. Hopefully, I haven't been hacked. Watching carefully.
