It's a real estate developer trying to get homeowner's to call them. Once you call the 888 #, as with all 800 #'s, they will have the number you are calling from and know it's a homeowner from the postcard they sent. Don't do it unless you want them calling you repeatedly.
Very irritating since their postcard marked Urgent was sent to my elderly parents. They were worried that title to their property was being transferred based on the deceptive wording on their postcard. Very underhanded sales tactic designed to instill fear in order to get a prospect to call.
