She introduced herself in a very thick East Indian accent as a representative of a collection agency. She then proceeded to tell me about an outstanding AllState Insurance account, House, and Car. I told her that I had not carried AllState on my home or vehicle for over ten years. I asked what my policy number was that she was referring to and I got some "made up" number . . . aggravation ensued and I hung up on her.
